The one-time registration fee of $150 includes membership, builder manual, link on the aXess Homescm website, inclusion on member builder list, and certification of two (2) homes. Each additional home certification cost is listed below.

Sample costs: XX homebuilder builds four (4) new homes that are certified in 2008, he will be invoiced for $200 at the end the year. If seven (7) new homes are certified during the year, the builder will be invoiced $175 at the end of the year.
