In addition to an aXess Homescm certificate and seal for each home, we provide home buyer education materials for your use, a member's only Web site, a newsletter packed with the latest marketing ideas, and national promotion of the program to the public.
Absolutely not! While we can provide sample floor plans for your reference, all required features can be worked into your own custom plans. We'll even show you how!
Yes! Multi-level homes are eligible for aXess Homescm certification because the required features only apply to the story served by the step-free entrance.
Unlike the ADA, aXess Homescm is a voluntary program, rather
than a law, and covers only a few basic features.
